Product Terms of Use

1. Military and Warfare Use Is Strictly Prohibited

• Any military use, including but not limited to national defense, weapons R&D, weapons assembly, weapons modification, weapons manufacturing, battlefield support and intelligence collection.
• Any form of warfare-related activity, whether directly or indirectly participating in armed conflict, terrorist activities or paramilitary operations.
• Export, transshipment or provision of technical services to regions under United Nations arms embargoes (including whitelist-controlled areas).

Note: This clause is governed by the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and the international Wassenaar Arrangement.

2. Eligible Users

• The product is restricted to adults aged 18 and above.
• Some of our products are controlled items; users bear full legal responsibility for how they are used.

3. Compliance Requirements

• Purchasing our products requires signing a compliant-use commitment letter.
• All operations must strictly follow the Product Safety Manual and applicable local laws and regulations.

4. Operating Environment Restrictions

• Use in densely populated areas, no-fly zones or around sensitive facilities is prohibited.
• Operation under high-risk conditions such as severe weather or electromagnetic interference environments is prohibited.

5. Compliance Guarantee

• The purchaser must guarantee compliance with "export control laws and regulations", including but not limited to the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and its supporting regulations, the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (EAR), the EU Dual-Use Regulation, the United Nations Arms Trade Treaty (ATT), as well as any applicable international conventions, treaties, resolutions, guidelines, domestic legislation and administrative provisions of any country or international organization.
• The purchaser shall not transship or re-export the products to war zones or to countries, entities or individuals subject to United Nations or national trade sanctions.

6. Consequences of Violation

For any violation of this statement, we reserve the right to:

• Suspend technical support and services;
• Pursue legal liability and claim damages;
• Report the matter to the relevant national regulatory authorities.
